A powerful, heartwarming story

Can you imagine being whisked away on a train as a 20 month old child heading to an unknown destination?

Mireille Taub’s amazing story is lovingly recounted in her book “The Last Train from Paris.”

The events roll out in fast and furious fashion as we learn that as the train left Paris, the rear of the train was bombed, fortuitously leaving the front, containing Mireille and her family, intact.

This is a small but riveting book with a lot of warmth and wonderful photographs, punctuated by fascinating, hair-raising adventures.
